SUSPENSION-TYPE HIGH DENSITY STORAGE RACK FOR NUCLEAR FUEL ASSEMBLIES

PURPOSE: A suspension-type high density storage rack for nuclear fuel assemblies is provided to prevent the deformation of an internal part due to gravity by hanging nucleus fuel assembly on a lid to be arranged inside a basket cell. CONSTITUTION: A suspension-type high density storage rack for nuclear fuel assemblies is comprised of a main body(20), a lid(10), and a pier(30). 4X17 main bodies are combined in the bottom of the storage rack. The main body is comprised of a basket cell(24), a lid flange(22), and a connection plate(26). The basket cell comprises a neutron absorber. The nucleus fuel assembly is hanged on the lid part. The upper part of an open main body receives nucleus fuel assembly and is closed.
