PURPOSE: An environment-friendly solvent-free type silane hybrid polyurethane coating agent is provided to avoid the discharge of volatile organic compounds to the air during the production of color rubber chips and to improve adhesive force to rubber. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing an environment-friendly solvent-free type silane hybrid polyurethane coating agent comprises a step for mixing 40~80 parts by weight of polyol, 30~50 parts by weight of diisocyanate, and 2~5 parts by weight of silane. The polyol further includes 20 parts by weight or less of polyester polyol with molecular weight of 1,000~4,000. The polyester polyol is obtained by polymerizing phthalic anhydride, maleic anhydride, 1,10-dodecanedicarboxylic acid, 1,12-dodecanedicarbo acid or adipic acid with 1,6-hexanediol, 1,4-butanediol, or neopentanediol or their mixture. |
