PURPOSE: A producing method of a fermented red ginseng extract is provided to reduce the permeability for allergy-inducing antigens, and to reduce the allergy generation related index. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a fermented red ginseng extract comprises the following steps: injecting a homogenate of bifidobacterium bifidum or aspergillus niger to a red ginseng extract, and fermenting for 5~9days at 35~55deg C; and sterilizing the red ginseng extract after fermenting.
