PURPOSE: A handrail wind power generation system is provided to facilitate installation of a rotator for wind power generation regardless of location, since blades for wind power generation are installed in multiple balusers. CONSTITUTION: A handrail wind power generation system comprises a baluser wind force rotator(10) and a rotary shaft(11) for power generation. The baluser wind force rotator is installed in the handrail of the building. The rotation shaft for power generation transmits the wind force from the multiple baluser wind force rotators to a generating unit. The baluser wind force rotator comprises a baluser rotary shaft(101), a wind force driving bevel gear(103), and a baluser blade(102). The baluser rotary shaft serves as a handrail supporting frame. The wind force driving bevel gear is formed at one end or both ends of the baluser rotary shaft. The baluser blade is attached to the baluser rotary shaft. The rotary shaft for power generation has multiple vertical motion bevel gears(12) and a rotary shaft.
