PSC GIRDER MAKING METHOD WITH STRAIGHT TENDON SETTING STRUCTURE

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing PSC girders with PSC tendons linearly arranged, capable of facilitating construction is provided to prevent end cracks of PSC girders by preventing concentration of pre-stress on both ends of the PSC girder. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing PSC girders with PSC tendons linearly arranged comprises following steps. As fixed section height is maintained along the entire length(L) according to the span of a PSC girder, a section extension part(140) has the section height of the PSC girder additionally enlarged. A PSC tendon(200) placed in a PSC girder is linearly placed on the lower part of the PSC girder to maintain space distance from the surface of the upper flange throughout the entire length of the PSC girder.
