PURPOSE: A rotary cutting tool is provided to consecutively process a groove or hole, which has different diameter, on an object by controlling the rotational radius of a blade. CONSTITUTION: A rotary cutting tool comprises a rotator(110), a plurality of split bodies(120), and an actuator(130). The rotator is fixed to a spindle. A plurality of division bodies is arranged along the circumference of the rotator. The blade is installed on the outer side surface of a plurality of division bodies. The actuator is installed in the rotator.
