PURPOSE: A stating control device is provided to protect a driver at the first and to minimize physical and economic loss. CONSTITUTION: A stating control device comprises a button type starting switch. The switch is installed inside the safety belt. A driver operates the starting control system of a safety belt. If the created electricity is delivered to the starting control system through the button type starting switch, the electricity operates a start relay, and a start motor is driven in order to start a vehicle.
