PURPOSE: A construction method for building remodeling using precast panel, and connection structure of a remodeling precast panel are provided to facilitate connection between a joint member and a bracket when a PC panel is connected to a post. CONSTITUTION: A construction method for building remodeling using precast panel comprises following steps. An inner shear reinforcing rod is installed in one side. As the shear reinforcing rod and a joint member(20), having a connection rod(22) and a connection piece, are fused, the shear reinforcing rod is buried. A precast concrete panel(10) is molded by the placing of concrete to expose the joint member to the outside. Multiple brackets are fixed to a post(60) by fixing bolts(33). When the prepared PC(Precast Concrete) panel is connected to the post, the connection rod of the joint member of the PC panel is inserted into an insertion groove(31) of a bracket(30) installed at the post, and the PC panel is connected to the post. A space between the PC panel and the post is filled with mortar grouting or epoxy resin, so a filler layer is formed. The outer surface of the PC panel is plastered using finishing materials.
