PURPOSE: An environment-friendly portable air conditioner with a fan heater is provided to discharge warm air without using a heat transfer wire and to prevent environmental contamination because a refrigerant is not used. CONSTITUTION: An environment-friendly portable air conditioner with a fan heater uses a vortex tube(1) and a small air compressor(2). A temperature control sensor(3) and a timer device(20) are attached on the portable air conditioner, and the air conditioner automatically controls temperature. The portable air conditioner supplies compressed air to the vortex tube using the small air compressor.
