CONSTITUTION: An organic light-emitting device(70) comprises a first electrode, the organic light-emitting layer, and a second electrode successively deposited on a substrate body(111). A selective reflective film(580) is formed on the organic light-emitting device. A phase delay film(570) is arranged on the selective reflective film. A first linear polarization film(560) is formed on the phase delay film.
