The present invention refers to a machine for generating construction rings, which is characterised in that it includes a wire unthreading device which is intended to lead the rolled wire thread towards a rolled wire feeder, this latter element including a first transmission for driving a reel which simultaneously drives the rolled wire thread to a ring forming apparatus. This apparatus comprises a straightening module intended to remove curves in a rod; a dragging module intended to pull the wire thread towards a guide module which prepares it for performing the operation of the cut, fold and close ring modules, thus obtaining a ring useful in construction columns. The present machine is controlled by a synchrony module, which controls the aforementioned modules.
