PURPOSE: Health supplementary food using rice wine is provided to produce the supplementary food by boiling the rice wine, and adding medical herb extracts. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of health supplementary food comprises the following steps: preparing a container capable of storing 20L of liquid; preparing 20L of rice wine; setting a gas stove for boiling; pouring the rice wine into the container; boiling the rice wine for 30minutes at 1,300deg C: removing bubbles from the upper side; boiling the rice wine for 4~5hours at 500~600deg C: preparing medical herb extracts obtained by boiling medical herbs; adding 5~20% of medical herb extracts to the rice wine, and boiling again; and turning off the stove, and cooling.
