FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: steel sheet with coating corresponds to steel material and composition coating applied onto said steel material. The said composition coating consists of particles of resin corresponding to copolymer of ethylene and not saturated carbonic acid containing silanol groups and/or alcoxylenated groups with average diametre from 20 to 100 nm, and particles of silicon oxide with average diametre 5-50 nm. Also particles of resin, particles of silicon oxide and organic compound of titanium are mixed.
