FIELD: oil and gas production. ^ SUBSTANCE: here is disclosed procedure for decomposition of water-oil emulsions by means of emulsion breakers. According to the procedure total amount of emulsion breaker calculated for total volume of emulsion is pulse-introduced into its first portions, mixed with its vortex outflow and carried into a lower part of a vessel. Further, it is replaced into upper parts of the vessel where water-oil emulsion is decomposed into water and oil; with following portions of emulsion there is also ensured uneven distribution of emulsion breaker in volume of emulsion, which accelerates decomposition. ^ EFFECT: accelerated decomposition of water-oil emulsions by means of emulsion breakers. ^ 4 dwg
