Telemetering device in one version comprises one ore more telemetering units, mutually replaceable with telemetering unit, generating pulses in column of drilling agent, or electromagnet telemetering unit. In another version telemetering device comprises electromagnetic telemetering unit and unit, which generates pulses in column of drilling agent. Telemetering units are arranged with the possibility of replacement for telemetering unit, which generates pulses in column of drilling agent or to electromagnet telemetering unit, when well device is arranged in well. When implementing method of telemetering system arrangement in well, telemetering device is engaged with well device for placement of telemetering device in well.
