FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel group of chemical-pharmaceutical bioconjugates, which can be obtained by indirect synthesis by means of molecular spacer between hyaluronic caid and/or its derivatives and medications with anti-tumour activity, belonging to different groups, method of their obtaining.
