摘要 FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: disk unit consists of case with disks horizontally and coaxially installed inside. A heat exchanging disk consists of rigidly tied base and cover. Heated heat exchanging disks are positioned in a zone of treated material intensive heating. A system of electric heating of heat exchanging disks is made in form of tubular electro-heating elements arranged in the base of disks and fastened on ends of disk bases, wherefrom they can be extracted. The elements are connected with a current conducting bus bar through insulators attached to the base of the disk. A sensor of heat exchanging disk temperature control is installed at the base of the disks. A cooling circuit of heat exchanging disks is located in a lower part, while a heating circuit of the heat exchanging disks is located in an upper part of the unit. An inlet for a heat carrier in the heating circuit is connected with an outlet of the cooling circuit of the heat exchanging disks. In the heat exchanging disks there are made ports for unloading treated material and central orifices for a shaft. Inter-disks chambers are arranged between the disks; scraper blades mounted on the shaft are installed in these chambers. The unloading ports are set off on adjacent heat exchanging disks relative to each other to a side opposite to material motion. A collector for steam discharge is connected with the inter-disks chambers located in the zone of treated material intensive heating on heated heat exchanging disks by means of connecting pipes arranged in the inter-disks chambers on the side opposite to the unloading ports of the heat exchanging disks. The heat exchanging disks are mounted with intermediate rings and are interconnected with concentric lugs and recesses on upper and lower surfaces of the heat exchanging disks and on intermediate rings thus forming a connection of "dowel-slot" type. ^ EFFECT: raised efficiency, reliability of operation, service life and repair ability of heat exchanging disks. ^ 5 cl, 4 dwg
