The system has a horizontal partial covering clapboard including a flat frontage wall (1a). A suspension tab is made of a synthetic material, and is comprised of a housing (2a) for receiving a lower longitudinal lower edge (11) of the clapboard. Another housing (2b) receives an upper longitudinal edge of the clapboard. The lower longitudinal edge is formed of a flat wing that is extended towards a rear i.e. intermediate structure, in a horizontal manner or a manner in which the wing is tilted with few degrees towards a bottom/front i.e. outside, of a wall panel.
