PURPOSE: A roller assembly and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to easily combine or separate a boss with a rotary shaft. CONSTITUTION: A rotary shaft(10) is rotated by receiving the power from a driving unit. A boss(100) is combined with the rotary shaft. A roller(20) is combined on the boss by an indentation method. The boss is divided into an upper boss(110) and a lower boss(120). The boss is combined with the upper and lower part of the rotary shaft.
