The section (1) has a rigid strip constituted of a vertical post (4') and a horizontal post (4). The horizontal post comprises a housing at its lower part, where the housing is arranged along the strip. The housing is formed of an exterior post and an inner post. A deformable cylindrical element is inserted in the inner post, and blocked in position by rolling a fabric (5). The cylindrical element is a hollow tube or a flexible flange. The housing comprises flexible lips (7, 7') on each side, and a flat element that forms a cover. A shank is slid between the lips, and compresses the slip.
