PURPOSE: A refrigerator is provided to prevent damage to electronic components even if a user operates a touch screen with wet hands or fingers. CONSTITUTION: A refrigerant comprises a door front panel(6), an operation unit(9), a detection unit(14), a display unit(10), a lighting unit(13), and a control unit. The door front panel has translucency. The operation unit is installed on the front surface of the door front panel. The detection unit is installed to be contiguous to the rear of the door front panel or the operation unit and detects a capacitance change. The display unit displays the operated result of the operation unit. The lighting unit lights the display unit. The control unit controls the lighting unit based on the detected value of the detection unit. |
