<p>PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a block for construction is provided to reduce construction costs while recycling waste, and to efficiently manufacture the block with enough intensity after removing toxicity of the block. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a block for construction comprises the following steps: forming a filling material by pulverizing and heating industrial waste; forming a solidifying material by mixing an enterolith - quartz mixture and waste stone powder; forming a mixture of a block shape by mixing the filling material and the solidifying material; and sintering and heating the mixture. The industrial waste includes paper sludge, fly ash, the life waste, sewage sludge, and construction waste. The industrial waste is heated at a temperature of 600~800°C.</p> |
