PURPOSE: An EGS deep sea water geothermal generation well drilling crushing system and a method thereof are provided to reduce drilling costs and improve generation efficiency and capacity using deep sea water. CONSTITUTION: A deep sea water transportation pipe and a deep sea water storing tank(1) are installed in advance before well is drilled for EGS and deep water geothermal power station. A drilling Rig for drilling the deep sea water storing tank and wells is connected to the deep sea water transportation pipe. The sea water supplied through the deep water supply pipe is used as drilling fluid. A part or the entire of the heated drilling fluid, which is returned to the surface, is discharged. The temperature of the drilling fluid injected into a drilled hole is lowered using new deep sea water, and the wells are drilled.
