PURPOSE: A method for controlling a power source of a mobile terminal is provided to efficiently perform power forwarding operation using a power source icon. CONSTITUTION: An output unit(150) indicates a first and a second power state information of the first and the second power sources. A user input portion(130) receives power forwarding command operation of the first or the second power source to other device. A control unit(180) controls power supply part in order to forward the power source to other device by the power forward command. The control unit controls the output unit in order to display the first or the second power state information.
