PURPOSE: A composition containing adipose stem cells or adipocytes for semi-fluidal transplantation is provided to prevent floating and sedimentation of the cells and to reduce side effects. CONSTITUTION: A composition for semi-fluidal transplantation contains: adipose stem cells isolated by removing injured adipocytes from adipose; and a tissue-derived or biodegradable stabilizing agent of hyaluronic acid or collagen in a physiologically-compatible buffer solution. The stabilizing agent is contained in 0.001-20 weight% based on total weight. The composition additionally contains adipose.
