MOBILE AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A mobile terminal and a control method thereof are provided to use a main touch screen and a wheel key to easily display and execute lower menus included in the menu in a screen where a menu is displayed. CONSTITUTION: A user input unit includes a wheel key(133). A touch screen(151m) displays at least one menu. If the wheel action of the wheel key is inputted in a state which a menu is touched, a control unit orderly displays a lower menus included in the touched menus corresponding to the wheel operation on the touch screen. If a touch of a menu is released among orderly display of the lower menus, the control unit executes a function of a lower menu displayed in a point when a touch is released.
