The system has a retractable/deployable aerial electric power absorbing device (1) mounted on a road vehicle to assure contact with a power supply catenary system (2) at a reference potential. A retractable/deployable road electric power absorbing device is mounted under the road vehicle to assure contact with a zero volt continuous conductive bar (3) integrated to the road. The power supply catenary system is arranged above a path for supplying the reference potential to the road vehicle.
