PURPOSE: A producing method of fried seasoned-ribs using pine needles is provided to improve the flavor, the taste, the color, and the storage property of the fried seasoned-ribs. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of fried seasoned-ribs using pine needles comprises the following steps: pre-processing ribs and slicing; making a fist seasoning; making a second seasoning; mixing 40~60wt% of ribs, 30~50wt% of first seasoning, 3~10wt% of second seasoning and 0.1~1.5wt% of pine needles, and aging at low temperature for 3days; removing the pine needles and roasting the ribs; cutting the roasted ribs and frying the ribs after coating with batter; and vacuum packing the fried ribs. |
