PURPOSE: A gas exhaust device of a foaming mold, which can discharge a proper amount of gas from a cavity in a foaming process according to the inside pressure of a mold, is provided to improve the quality of a product by properly maintaining the inside pressure of the mold. CONSTITUTION: A gas exhaust device of a foaming mold comprises lower part and upper cylinder members(31,33), lower and upper piston members(34,35), a piston rod member(36), and a gas exhaust passage(37). The lower cylinder member is installed through an upper mold in order to connect with a cavity between upper and lower molds. One end of the upper cylinder member is integrally formed on the end of the lower cylinder member projected from the upper mold.
