<p>A cosmetic article comprises water-insoluble substrate having one or more layers and an oil-in-water emulsion-type composition added or impregnated on substrate. The oil-in-water emulsion-type composition contains at least one thickening polymer chosen from copolymer obtained by polymerization of at least one monomer (m1) chosen from carboxylic acid-containing (alpha ),(beta )-ethylenically unsaturated compound or its ester with at least one ethylenically unsaturated monomer (m2) having hydrophobic group, and polymer comprising at least one monomer having sulfo group, and inulin. A cosmetic article comprises water-insoluble substrate having one or more layers and an oil-in-water emulsion-type composition added or impregnated on the substrate. The oil-in-water emulsion-type composition has oily phase dispersed in aqueous phase. The oil-in-water emulsion-type composition contains at least one thickening polymer chosen from copolymer obtained by polymerization of at least one monomer chosen from monomer (m1) of carboxylic acid-containing (alpha ),(beta )-ethylenically unsaturated compound or its ester with at least one ethylenically unsaturated monomer (m2) having hydrophobic group, and polymer comprising at least one monomer having sulfo group, and at least one inulin modified by hydrophobic chains. An independent claim is included for cosmetic composition, which is in the form of oil-in-water emulsion comprising oily phase dispersed in aqueous phase. The content of aqueous phase is 40 wt.% or more. The cosmetic composition further contains additional emulsifying agent (5 wt.% or less).</p> |
