The element (10) has a complex envelope (12) i.e. ball, in which an insulating material (14) is contained when the envelope is closed, where the envelope is constituted of a polyethylene film and a metal reflective film i.e. aluminum film. Microperforations (20) are included in the films, so as to allow exchanges between an interior and an exterior of the envelope. The insulating material is in a form of powder or the ball with lesser diameter. The envelope includes a rectangular sheet and welds (S). The insulating material is silica aerogel, mineral fiber, glass wool, rockwool or natural fiber i.e. linen, or hemp. An independent claim is also included for an insulation method.
