The device has supports (1, 4) respectively fixed at the level of a vehicle and an element to be disintegrated. The supports are encased with respect to each other, and integrated by a mechanism. The mechanism has a piston (8) movably arranged inside a gas chamber (7). One end of the piston is subjected to the environmental pressure, and another end of the piston is subjected to the chamber pressure, such that the piston is moved under the effect of variation of the environmental pressure for provoking the disintegration of the supports.
