METHOD FOR PRODUCING ION EXCHANGE TREATMENT GLASS, METHOD FOR PRODUCING CHEMICALLY STRENGTHENED GLASS AND ION EXCHANGE TREATMENT APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress quality deterioration of a glass product even if exchange frequency of a molten salt to ion exchange treatment amount is reduced when the glass product is produced by ion exchange treatment. SOLUTION: Untreated glass containing Na and Li is subjected at least to a first ion exchange treatment process of being dipped in a first molten salt which contains Li and satisfies formula 1: C1(Li+)>C2(Li+)≥0 [wherein C1(Li+) denotes Li ion concentration (ppm) included in the first molten salt and C2(Li+) denotes Li ion concentration (ppm) included in the second molten salt], and a second ion exchange treatment process of being dipped in a second molten salt which contains Na and K and satisfies formula 1 to produce the ion exchange treatment glass. The method for producing chemically strengthened glass is provided by using the method for producing the ion exchange treatment glass and further an ion exchange treatment apparatus used for them is provided.
