PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome the problems involved in a conventional method that a magnet removal mark remains as it is as a hole on a panel surface after mold release, and an alternative use of an air cylinder or a hydraulic cylinder leaves no hole at all but a split mold used as a result of their application is very expensive, and further, that in the case of insert-blow molding a skin in a panel of the magnet set surface side, the skin has to be pierced in order to set the magnet, and besides, a pattern designing work also cannot help being significantly restricted. SOLUTION: This method involves the following procedures. A reinforcing material containing a ferromagnetic material which is integrally formed in such a state that a leg crosses over a beam like a T shape at least, at not less than two spots of the entire beam, is attracted and held as it is, to the whole surface of an inner cavity of the split mold through the magnetic force of a magnet imbedded in the whole surface of the inner cavity of the split mold. After this procedure, a parison is clamped and the reinforcing material is insert-blow molded by blowing compressed air into the parison. Then, the skin is insert-blow molded in the panel.
