PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the connection reliability of a connecting portion with a brush of a choke coil and a power feed terminal by preventing vibration of the choke coil. SOLUTION: In a structure which holds the choke coil 46, connected between the brush and the power feed terminal at a choke coil holding part 51 arranged at a holder base 32, a pair of holding walls 52 is formed at the choke coil holding part 51; the holding walls 52 are formed into flat-plate shapes which oppose each other with a clearance therebetween; and the holding walls are made to be elastically deformable, in a direction in which the clearance is widened and narrowed. Furthermore, each holding wall 52 is inclined by only an angle ofαtoward the side of the choke coil 46 so that the clearance at the base end of the holding wall is narrowed by more than that at the tip side; the holding wall 52 is made to abut on the external periphery surface of the choke coil 46 inserted between the holding walls 52 from the radial direction; and the choke coil 46 is sandwiched and held between the holding walls 52.
