PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate adjustment of eccentricity of a lens by turning a lens holding frame by a gear through an aperture from the side of a lens barrel while viewing a measured value of a measuring instrument or an image. SOLUTION: In the lens device, a fixed lens frame 3 holding a fixed lens 30 is fixed by being pressed against an abutting surface 10A of the lens barrel 10 (front frame) in an optical axis 0 direction by a pressing ring 4 screwed and fitted in an inner periphery of the lens barrel 10. The gear 3A for turning the fixed lens frame 3 is formed on an outer periphery side surface of the fixed lens frame 3, and an adjustment hole 10D to expose the gear 3A of the fixed lens frame 3 is formed on the lens barrel 10, whereby the fixed lens frame 3 is turned by the gear 3A through the adjustment hole 10D in the state where the pressing of the fixed lens frame 3 by the pressing ring 4 is moderated.
