PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technologies permitting reduction of the frequency of maintenance work and prevention of impairment of transmission efficiency in transmitting electric power or data by a means for transmitting electric power or data between a gantry fixed part side and a rotary part side in an X-ray CT apparatus. SOLUTION: A sealed region, divided from primary and secondary coil housing regions in a gap, is formed in the gap between a primary iron core having a primary coil and a primary iron core having a secondary coil by a plurality of sealing means for effectively sealing both ends of the gap while permitting rotation of the rotary part relative to the fixed part.
