PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically generate printed board data conforming to specification of IDF format data from a three-dimensional model. SOLUTION: A three-dimensional model characteristic adding part 10 adds region characteristic information showing the characteristic of the region of a thee-dimensional model to the region according to an instruction from a user. A correspondence table 100 associates a keyword for design of a data format to be used for printed wiring board design with each of the region characteristic information to store it. A printed board characteristic generating part 20 extracts shape feature from the three-dimensional model, converts the region characteristic information added to the region of the three-dimensional model into a keyword for design on the basis of the correspondence table 100, and generates information for printed wiring board design. A printed board data output part 30 converts the information for printed wiring board design into a data format to be used in printed wiring board design and outputs the data format.
