PURPOSE: A selection/separation method of citrus junos seeds and citrus junos flesh using the vibration is provided to use the difference of the size between the citrus junos seeds and the citrus junos flesh. CONSTITUTION: A selection/separation method of citrus junos seeds and citrus junos flesh using the vibration comprises the following steps: slicing citrus junos flesh, without separating the citrus junos seeds; and separating the citrus junos seeds from the sliced citrus junos flesh using the vibration. A citrus junos seed vibration separator includes a vibrator(15), a spring support(18), and a perforated plate.
