PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small and wide-band antenna. SOLUTION: The antenna includes: a dielectric substrate; a power feeding element including a first conductor layer formed over the dielectric substrate and extending in a first direction; and a reference potential element including a second conductor layer formed over the dielectric substrate and extending in a second direction opposed to the first direction from a second position apart by a first distance, from a first position on one end of the first conductor layer. The reference potential element further includes a third conductor layer formed over the dielectric substrate and extending in the first direction from the second point of the second conductor layer apart by a second distance from the first conductor layer.
