PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescent compound is provided to obtain an organic electroluminescent device with excellent luminous efficiency and lifetime properties. CONSTITUTION: An organic electroluminescent compound is represented by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, A1 - A19 are CR1 or N; X is -(CR2R3)l-, -N(R4)-, -S-, -O-, -Si(R5)(R6)-, -P(R7)-, -P(=O)(R8)- or -B(R9)-; Ar1 is substituted or unsubstituted (C6-C40) arylene, substituted or unsubstituted (C3-C40) heteroarylene; m is an integer of 0 or 2; and l and n are an integer of 1 or 2.
