<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing and drying machine for efficiently supplying ions having a disinfecting and deodorizing effect to places easy to go moldy in a space outside the machine. <P>SOLUTION: A blowing pipe 81 is attached to a back panel 14, so as to be axially turned in the washing and drying machine. When the blowing pipe 81 is turned around the axis, the direction angle of a blowing port 81a is varied.
