<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a security system for a parking area that increases the security of parking spaces. <P>SOLUTION: An apartment house 10 is built on a lot 11, and a parking area 15 is arranged in the lot 11. The apartment house 10 has a plurality of dwelling units 12, and the parking area 15 has parking spaces 16 corresponding to the dwelling units 12. Each parking space 16 is equipped with a lock device 21 and a feeder device 35, and the lock device 21 and feeder device 35 are controlled by a controller built in the lock device 21.
