PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise reliability of measurement and to improve operability in a bacteria measuring instrument. SOLUTION: The bacteria measuring instrument includes a bottomed cylindrical case 1 having an open top, a thin film 6 for dividing the inside of the case 1 into a lower measurement space 5 and an upper liquid storage space 4 and a thin film 8 for covering the top of the liquid storage space 4 of the case 1. The measurement space 5 is provided with a measurement electrode 9, the liquid storage space 4 is furnished with a measurement liquid 7, a holder 10 is arranged on the under surface side of the thin film 6 and a rotor 11 is held by the top surface of the holder 10 and the under surface of the thin film 6.
