PURPOSE: Health supplementary food using rice wine and medical herbs is provided to produce the supplementary food by boiling the rice wine and adding the medical herbs. CONSTITUTION: Health supplementary food using rice wine and medical herbs is produced by the following steps: preparing a container capable of boiling 20L of liquid; preparing 20L of rice wine; pouring the rice wine into the container, and boiling for 30minutes at 1,300deg C: removing bubbles from the upper side; boiling again for 4~5hours at 500~600deg C: preparing 20L of boiled medical herbs; adding 5~20% of medical herbs to the rice wine; and cooling the mixture.
