PURPOSE: A prefabricated desk coupling structure is provided, which reduces working hours by facilitating assembly and installation. CONSTITUTION: A prefabricated desk coupling structure comprises: support frames(10) which are respectively arranged in the square edge and in which a coupling projection is formed; a side member installed between the support frames; a bottom surface member combined with the lower part of the side member; a partition plate which is formed in the upper center of the lower member to be divided; a side plate fixing unit(20); horizontal and vertical fixing frames(30,40) which are arranged on the top of the side plate fixing unit; an upper plate(60) installed on the top of the horizontal and vertical fixing frames; and a partition fixing unit(50) installed between partition plates of the side plate fixing unit.
