<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor control device that contributes to energy saving and a motor system equipped therewith. <P>SOLUTION: When the induced voltage of a motor becomes higher than a supply voltage, a driving power containing a reactive current component is supplied to the motor and the motor is thereby driven, while the induced voltage of the motor is suppressed. During the driving, a period for which power supply from a power source to the motor is turned off is intermittently established by an inverter device. Thus the driving of the motor is controlled so that the motor torque outputted from the motor is zeroed. The power supply from the power source to the motor can be turned off by three-phase short-circuit control in which the switching semiconductor elements in the upper arm or the lower arm in all the phases of the inverter device are turned on. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
