<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a flexographic printing plate excellent in the reproducibility of fine thin lines. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a flexographic printing plate uses a photosensitive printing precursor obtained by sequentially laminating at least a photosensitive resin layer, a protective layer and a heat-sensitive mask layer on a support and includes following steps (A) to (D): (A) a step for imagewisely melting and removing the heat-sensitive layer by an infrared laser beam, (B) a step for allowing the plate to stand in a horizontal state in a temperature atmosphere of ≥40°C, (C) a step for exposing the whole surface to actinic radiation, and (D) a step for developing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
