<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sliding-feed multi-lead writing utensil having such a structure that a writing tip part of a writing body hardly protrudes by mistake from a tip opening of a barrel in a sliding-feed multi-lead writing utensil configured such that the sliding body exposed from a sliding hole provided at the rear of the barrel is moved forward so as to protrude the writing tip part from the writing opening of the barrel. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of ribs 7a, 7b, and 7c, adjacent to each other in the state where sliding bodies 3, 4, and 5 are moved backward to the rear end of each sliding hole 2a, are provided in the rear of a barrel 2.
