<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat seal apparatus and a filling seal system which seal a container certainly and restrain fluctuation in sealing strength. <P>SOLUTION: The heat seal apparatus 10 includes a pressing member 20, which is arranged holding a thin film 110 covering the opening edge 101 of the container 100 between the container and the pressing member and opposing to the opening edge 101 and can heat the thin film 110, and a pressurizing part 30 to press the thin film 110 on the opening edge 101 via the pressing member 20, wherein the pressurizing part 30 has an advance and retreat driving part 35 to drive the pressing member 20 toward the opening edge 101 in advance and retreat, a pressure controlling part 40 which is connected to each of the advance and retreat driving part 35 and the pressing member 20 and expands and contracts between the advance and retreat driving part 35 and the pressing member 20 and presses the pressing member 20 to the opening edge 101 side, and a control unit 46 which is connected to the pressure controlling part 40 and controls uniformly pressure when the pressing member 20 presses the thin film 110 to the opening edge 101. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
